Freshta Mayar
Freshta Mayar is a Managing Director at Fresh Capital Solutions. With a career spanning over 20 years, Freshta is a highly credentialed institutional banker having worked in both domestic and international markets across investment banking, capital markets, leverage and fund finance, Fintech, debt advisory, corporate and transactional banking.
She has deep experience across multiple products including M&A (both private equity-led and corporate), with Credit Suisse, BOSI / Lloyds Bank, and Westpac. Noting at Lloyds Bank, Freshta was leading structuring and syndications of Fund Finance transactions in London, UK; and at Westpac, Freshta worked in the debt products team as lead Originations Director across multiple states (including VIC, WA, SA and QLD).
Freshta has been recognised as an industry leader and was a finalist for the Women in Banking and Finance (“WiBF”) award for achievement in Institutional Banking.
